Spiritual Leader & Senior Minister
Rev. Christian Sorensen, D.D.
A gifted and eloquent speaker with a unique and engaging style, Dr. Sorensen lights up audiences with his expansive vision, passion, and heart-felt enthusiasm. His impassioned visionary talks on spirituality, New Thought, Religious Science, practical matters, and Universal Love continue to thrill listeners in all venues. Rev. Debbie McDonnell’s joy is teaching and introducing others to the Power that is available to us all. She is an outgoing, energetic, creative presence with strengths in collaborative leadership. A dynamic speaker and a welcoming presence, she is grounded in the principles of Science of Mind. Passionate about the SOM teachings, she knows they are the framework to creating a world that works for everyone.

Rev. Dr. Kathy Hearn
Dr. Kathy Hearn is the Dean of the Centers for Spiritual Living School of Spiritual Leadership – San Diego Campus at Seaside. She served as the Community Spiritual Leader of United Centers for Spiritual Living for 10 years and had an important role in the integration of International and United Centers for Spiritual Living. She is an Ordained Minister, and was awarded the Honorary Doctorate and the Doctor of Religious degrees by United Centers for Spiritual Living. She was the Founding Minister of Pacific Church of Religious Science in San Diego and Senior Minister for 15 years. Currently, Dr. Kathy also serves as the Manager of the Centers for Spiritual Living School of Spiritual Leadership. It is her great joy to assist students toward their goal of becoming licensed ministers.

Rev. Dr. Christina Tillotson
Rev. Dr. Christina Tillotson‘s purpose in life is to reveal the exquisite Presence of God within all for a transformed world. She passionately serves in ways that are in alignment with that purpose, including teaching online courses and facilitation other virtual communities at Seaside. Rev Christina also teaches Tai Chi Chih and leads the Wellness Wizards Connection Group. Check out Dr. Christina’s website here
Staff Minister & Minister Lead for Seaside Practitioners
Rev. Rebecca Berry
Rev. Rebecca Berry is an enthusiastic teacher and student of success and holistic principles since first discovering the Science of Mind philosophy in 1986. Since then, she has served as a staff minister in Centers for Spiritual Living and joined Seaside Center for Spiritual Living in 2016. She has taught accredited classes for students planning to become licensed practitioners, created, and facilitated numerous workshops on communication, relationships, prosperity, spiritual success, and lectured at mid-week and Sunday services at CSL and New Thought churches. A “work in progress” Rebecca has made personal growth a priority and has used the SOM philosophy and the 12 Step Program to heal an alcohol addiction and supports others in doing the same. Reverend Rebecca leads our Practitioner program leaders on the Practitioner Core Council.
